Job Title: Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager/ Contract Administrator (CA/EA)
Salary: 60k - 75k (DOE) + Benefits
Location: Woking / Flexible Working
O'Neill and Brennan are currently supporting a well-established, forward-thinking consultancy in their search for a Project Manager and experienced CA/EA to join their Major Works team. With a growing pipeline of technically challenging projects, they are looking to expand their dynamic team with a motivated professional ready to take ownership and lead from the front.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and be confident in managing multiple live projects ranging from 1m - 20m under JCT D&B contracts. Clients range from national developers and government departments to private freeholders - and the role will be very much client-facing, so strong communication skills and commercial acumen are key.

The successful Project Manager / CA will have:
A strong technical understanding of building construction and design
Proven knowledge of JCT Contracts and experience as Contract Administrator / Employer's Agent
The ability to juggle multiple live projects while planning future works
Confidence in dealing directly with clients and representing the business at a senior level
Experience of Design and technical drawing reviews, Procurement and tendering of construction works, Building pathology and construction terminology, Understanding of contract change, warranties, bonds, and CDM 2015 Regulations, Production of supporting technical documentation (tenders, H&S, insurance etc.) An outline understanding of planning processes and Building Regulations
