The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of both residential and commercial construction environments and the ability to juggle priorities, manage risks, and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships across a dynamic portfolio of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Simultaneously manage multiple construction projects
from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, cost, quality, and safety targets are met.
Coordinate and oversee all trade contractors on-site, including groundworks, M&E, structural, and finishing packages, across residential and commercial projects.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare, maintain, and track detailed project programmes, schedules, and progress reports using appropriate software tools.
Monitor budgets and resource allocation across projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.
Manage contract administration, variations, RFIs, and project documentation in line with legal and company standards.
Lead regular site meetings, ensuring key milestones are met and potential delays are mitigated proactively.
Enforce health and safety compliance on all sites in accordance with legal and company standards.
Drive project closeout, including snagging, commissioning, and client handovers.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Degree or HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferable.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SMSTS) are highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in both
residential and commercial construction

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject, Procore, or similar).
