Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with Business Systems Analysis experience for our client based in London. You will be the vital link between their information, technology capacity, and the business objectives. You will be providing support and ensuring the successful completion of their analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks for their software product's features.
As the Project Manager/BA, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, analyze current procedures, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop IT solutions. You will work with a variety of teams within the Group, including the IT Team, Finance systems users, and operational business management teams.

You should have good communication skills (both oral and written) A critical thinker, with a track record of process improvement. Strong IT skills, with an understanding of business processes and best practices, and able to make sound analytical judgments.

Responsibilities

- Define configuration specifications and business systems requirements


- Perform quality assurance


- Define reporting and alerting requirements


- Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our


business systems and group integration


- Help design, document, and maintain system processes


- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to


product team


- Communicate key insights and findings to the product team


- Constantly improve reporting, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer

About You

Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance

+ Proven experience in understanding and documenting business requirements and testingsolutions


+ Experience in Tableau and Power BI to analyze business data to draw business-relevantconclusions and data visualization techniques.


+ Experience in the implementation of CRM and ERP applications within an organization
+ Basic knowledge of generating process documentation
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
+ Good knowledge & Experience in all Microsoft packages
You will need to have a full driving license, as some traveling is required.
