Home by Milestone Ltd is seeking a dynamic, sales driven, commercially-minded (within the building industry) Project & Collaboration Hub Manager to lead the sales, set-up/launch, and day-to-day management of our ground-breaking new showroom and innovation centre in Matlock Bath, DE4 3PY. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a passion for sales, sustainability, innovation, and the built environment. You'll play a pivotal role in launching and running the UK's most forward-thinking hub for renewable energy, sustainable construction, and smart ecosystems.

Key responsibilities include:

sales of exhibition and architectural stall licensing - driving exhibitor recruitment by onboarding renewable and sustainable suppliers across the UK, engaging with architects, consultants, and construction professionals. (commission to be earned here). Sustainable/Passivhaus building material supply chain research leading and coordinating the end-to-end launch of Home by Milestone. working closely with the Directors on project milestones and targets to launch and maintain the running of the hub. building brand presence and generating pre-launch buzz building your team of passivhaus product consultants acting as the main liaison with our event host to ensure a successful Open Day and coordinating the showroom fit-out to be launch-ready.
Once Home by Milestone showroom is launched, the successful candidate will take on full responsibility for continual management of sales/maintaining exhibitor/architects relationships, the day-to-day management of the showroom and collaboration hub. This includes handling exhibitor onboarding and account management, coordinating events, workshops, and tours, maintaining a vibrant culture in the building, managing bookings and digital listings, recruiting and overseeing support staff, and representing the business when Directors are off-site.

The ideal candidate will have a background in project management and/or business development, with strong experience in sales--ideally B2B and within the construction, renewables, or architecture sector. They will be confident, highly organised, proactive, and able to drive momentum. A passion for sustainability and innovation is essential, along with the ability to think strategically while executing operationally. Experience in launching or running a business, showroom, or innovation space would be a significant advantage.
