We're expanding and looking for an

experienced Project Manager

/

Contracts Manager

to lead multiple multidisciplinary projects across electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering sectors. If you're passionate about delivering safe, timely, and high-quality solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience managing large-scale M&E projects from start to finish Strong foundation in electrical installation Building services experience in a construction environment Industry-recognised trade and professional qualifications Full UK Driving Licence Excellent leadership and client-facing skills Ability to manage teams with a focus on quality, safety, and delivery Experience with Network Rail projects (CRE/RM duties desirable)

Key Responsibilities:



Lead projects from pre-qualification and tendering through to delivery and handback Oversee scoping, planning, documentation, and execution of M&E projects Collaborate with design teams, clients, and electricity distribution network operators Monitor progress, variations, and cost plans with commercial teams Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with SHEQ policies Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate with statutory authorities Deliver site inductions and verify personnel competencies Maintain Construction Phase Plans, Work Package Plans, and Task Briefs Provide formal progress reports and escalate issues as needed Promote continuous improvement and best practices
