About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced
Multi Utility Project Manager
to join a Yorkshire-based team. In this key role, you'll oversee multiple utility projects providing new infrastructure connections to residential housing developments, ensuring they're completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of utility schemes within a defined area
Coordinate plant orders, road opening notices & Traffic Management
Oversee direct and subcontractor teams on-site
Conduct site audits and ensure quality compliance
Liaise with gas, water and electric engineering departments to coordinate connections
Close out incident reports and NCRs promptly
Apply people management practices in line with company policies
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a
Multi Utility Project Manager
Strong communicator with the ability to manage site teams effectively
Organised, commercially aware, and HSQE-conscious
Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
NRSWA Streetworks accreditation
CSCS Card holder
Desirable qualifications:
NCO 2 in Gas/Water
SSSTS or SMSTS
IOSH or similar Health & Safety certification
Management qualification
Full UK driving licence
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years' experience in a
Multi Utility Project Manager
role
Relevant construction/utility qualifications (as listed above)
Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
Valid CSCS Card and Streetworks (NRSWA)
