Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Microsoft Applications to lead and oversee RPA/AI programme strategies. The successful candidate will ensure projects are aligned with business goals, effectively manage resources and budgets, and play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage RPA/AI programme strategies to meet business objectives. Align projects with overall business goals and organizational strategy. Lead and coordinate digital transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth execution. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources to meet delivery timelines. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Drive strategic planning and manage project risks and dependencies. Lead change management initiatives to support the adoption of new technologies and processes. Ensure governance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience managing Microsoft Applications projects, particularly RPA/AI programmes. Strong understanding of digital transformation and enterprise technology implementation. Expertise in strategic planning, leadership, and stakeholder management. Experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Strong change management skills to drive organizational transformation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
