The Role



We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our dynamic Operations team.

You will play a vital role in supporting the management and development of our Ambition property portfolio, as well as contributing to the broader operational running of the organisation -- working across teams to enhance systems, coordinate projects, and provide responsive administrative support.

Key responsibilities



Ambition property portfolio

Maintain and update project progress trackers to monitor property and club activities. Prepare and deliver regular reports on the status of the property portfolio, highlighting risks, issues, and progress. Update and maintain the Risk & Issues (R&I) log accurately and consistently. Manage day-to-day communications with key stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring timely responses and effective information flow. Maintain property portfolio email accounts, ensuring all communications are filed, tracked, and responded to appropriately. Conduct research into clubs and property-related matters and document findings to inform strategic decisions. Maintain, organise, and archive property-related documents, ensuring compliance with data protection and retention policies. Update and manage property portfolio files and records within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

As this role involves working in a regulated environment with young people, any offer will be conditional to satisfactory background checks, which include criminal record check and employment reference.

Pay: 32,228.00 per year
