Scope: Responsible for projects in the Chinese market and assisting other team members with project coordination in the international market. Primarily reports to the Manager; occasionally reports directly to the Director
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and advancement of projects across various areas, including website management, digital media, social media, email communications, product customisation, and packaging and shipping. Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and with a high level of accuracy.
Administrative Support and Communication: Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and promptly report any issues to the manager for further review. Provide timely feedback and coordinate with the project manager to support and implement updates or changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Monitor task execution to confirm they are completed on time, within budget, and with a high level of accuracy. Identify and report any issues to the project manager for timely review and resolution.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, customer management, logistics, and product production, to ensure alignment between project execution and overall company objectives.
Requirements
Strong ability to communicate and write fluently in both English and Chinese, for projects targeting global and Chinese markets.
Must be able to work full-time at our London office (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM).
Previous experience or internship in project coordination is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Strong communication skills for coordination and feedback.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
Willingness to support other business operations and new expansion initiatives as needed.
