We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Project Officer join our knowledgeable and friendly Property Investment team.


The Property Investment team cover a range of responsibilities, including Planned Investment Works, New-Build Development, Stock Condition Surveys, DFG/Adaptations, Minor Contracts, Energy Efficiency and Permission Requests.


This role would be involved primarily in Planned Works projects and Development, whilst providing support to the wider team by undertaking Stock Condition Surveys.

What you'll be doing:



Support and lead on the delivery of development and planned investment projects ensuring it is appropriate, responsive, and timely. Support delivery of development and planned investment contracts to ensure delivery on time, to budget and that quality and best value are achieved. Facilitate contract management delivery to include preparing specifications for works, contract documentation and supporting in the procurement process. Ensure effective stock data management and control through the asset management database (Keystone), to make recommendations and develop plans for future investment planned works. Undertaking a target amount of Stock Condition Surveys per financial year. Maintaining an active presence on site to monitor works and manage contractors, undertaking inspections of work in progress as well as post-inspections and capturing customer satisfaction.

About you:



Experience of updating databases and systems Knowledge of the legal, regulatory and operational issues related to new build development and asset investment services, including health and safety. Able to manage project teams effectively Commitment to and evidence of delivering high quality customer services and commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to work under pressure, dealing with competing priorities and delivering results to tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
