We're looking for a

dynamic, organised go-getter

to join our fast-paced team as a Project & Operations Co-Ordinator. This isn't your typical desk job, you'll be at the heart of bringing spectacular events to life, working directly with clients and getting hands-on experience across every aspect of project delivery.

What You'll Do (The Fun Stuff!)



Project Management & Coordination



Support Project Managers in delivering multiple high-profile projects from initial concept to show-stopping completion Coordinate with operations, transport, and warehouse teams to ensure flawless delivery timelines Create and maintain essential project documentation using cutting-edge asset management software Attend site visits and production meetings Track project progress and problem-solve like a pro

Digital & Social Media Management



Assist in creating engaging content for our website and social media channels Capture behind-the-scenes moments and project highlights for marketing Help showcase our amazing work to the world through digital storytelling

Finance & Administration



Handle accurate invoicing and cost tracking alongside our General Manager Support basic finance operations and budget management Process client enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and flair

Client Relations & Support



Work directly with clients on site accreditation requirements Provide stellar customer service as part of our Client Accounts team Build relationships with industry professionals and expand your network

Operations Support



Assist with stock management and maintenance during busy periods Cover essential daily operations during team holidays Get hands-on experience with industry-leading equipment and software

What We're Looking For



Essential Skills:



Experience

in events, theatre, construction, or any fast-paced, project-driven environment

Organisational superpowers

that impress both clients and colleagues

Multitasking ability

- you thrive when juggling multiple projects

Microsoft Office proficiency

(especially Excel and Outlook)

UK driving licence

(desirable - opens up more site visit opportunities!)

AutoCAD familiarity

(we'll provide training if needed!)

Cloud-based asset management software experience

(Current RMS - training provided)

Health & safety knowledge

in entertainment/construction industries
