The Role
The Project Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our business delivery teams--data, consultancy, and technical. This includes providing administrative assistance across various functions, particularly in client support, communications and operational delivery. The role is integral to ensuring smooth operations and cohesive support across all teams.
We specifically welcome applications from people looking for part-time work and/or flexible hours. We have an office in Southwell, Nottinghamshire, where you will be expected to work from on a regular basis (2 days/week minimum)

Duties & Responsibilities
Client Support
Help to keep our client/ project tracking systems up to date
Schedule and organise meetings for the teams
Client outreach, liaison and follow up
Project and Operational Support
Desk-based research either for projects or internal needs
Create and maintain template reports, proposals, and documents
Input, update, and analyse data in spreadsheets
Assist with data requests from clients, collection and filing as well as downloading data from online portals
Take notes in meetings and share key updates with relevant teams
Communications
Assist in keeping our website up to date
Contribute ideas and suggestions for streamlined ways of working
Provide social media support

At least 12 months administrative experience
