Project Planner (6 12 Month Contract)

We are seeking an experienced planner contractor for a 6-12month project assignment. This is a contract role with the possibility of extension upon successful completion of the project.



The Planner is responsible for delivering resourced, robust baseline project schedules, collaborating with project teams to produce schedules and reporting data to facilitate successful project delivery: -

To co-ordinate and produce project plans and associated documents and reports ("S" curves, Histograms, Tabulated resource/progress data) Ensure all services and deliverables meet Company, Client and Project requirements. To promote good working relations with the planning team, other project departments and client representatives Commitment to and promotion of Veolia's values and ensuring the realisation of company and project health, safety, environmental, quality and ethics, systems, policies and procedures Assisting with the developing and maintaining of Project Planning and Costing processes to meet VWS Westgarth Business requirements Support priority management including the use of Kanbans Ensuring adequate levels of understanding and competence within the broader business in the use of EVA/EVM systems, tools and reports

Essential Professional Qualities



HNC or equivalent Previous planning experience, responsible for large-sized projects or large sized-sub-element of a major project Proficient in Primavera P6 IT/Computer literate with experience in MSP and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
