Role Summary

Join Birmingham Airport as a Project Planner, supporting the Head of Development and collaborating closely with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining detailed project plans across multiple projects, ensuring alignment, identifying conflicts, and driving successful project delivery. Core Duties

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Consolidate individual project plans into an overall programme, ensuring it is regularly updated. Identify and highlight potential conflicts between projects, ensuring Project Managers are informed. Provide planning advice and ensure all project-related issues are addressed. Allocate resources to project plans and identify any shortfalls. Ensure internal planning processes are consistently followed for effective reporting.

Experience Required

Minimum HNC/HND qualification in a construction-related field. Proven knowledge and practical application of planning and construction activities. Demonstrable experience in project planning. Expertise in using planning software applications. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office products. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year
