ATA Recruitment are working with a leading turnkey project management company and process design consultancy. Due to investment the company are growing rapidly and are on the verge of becoming a \xc2\xa3100 million business. As a result of their expansion and growth we are currently supporting the business in the recruitment of a Project Planner to work on projects in the UK and globally.

The Role

As a Project Planner, you will be part of an established and dynamic Project Management Office team, assisting in the development of strategic project plans that range from 2 to 20 million in value, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a business which as exciting growth plans to run process projects in the health and beauty and pharmaceutical sectors.

Key responsibilities for a Project Planner will be:
  • Ensuring that all schedules are generated with project structures and that they are maintained and updated throughout the project.
  • Identify risks within the project schedules.
  • Perform and analyse critical path analysis.
  • Maintaining and updating resource schedules.
  • Communicate with the project team to manage conflicting demands.
  • Integrating with the Project Managers whilst promoting the project planning processes.
The Candidate

The Project Planner ideally will have:
  • Brilliant communication and influencing skills.
  • Previous project planning experience.
  • Experience in planning projects worth \xc2\xa3500k or more.
  • The ability to build and develop work breakdown structures (WBS)
  • Proficiency in using project planning software such as MS Projects/Primavera.
