Role Overview
As our Project & Production Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our operations--ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to delivery. You'll:
Coordinate live and upcoming projects, tracking milestones and deliverables.
Manage logistics including transport, equipment, and supplier coordination.
Build and maintain production schedules that keep everyone on track.
Act as the go-to liaison between internal teams, clients, and partners.
Support budgeting, documentation, and post-project reporting.
Requirements
Proven experience in a production scheduling role (manufacturing or construction sector experience is preferred).
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital office systems.
Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
A proactive mindset and a calm approach under pressure.
Time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support colleagues across all levels.
