As

Project & Production Coordinator

, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of live and upcoming projects. You'll manage logistics, timelines, and production schedules, acting as the central point of communication between internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.

StudioFFE is a leading, modern furniture manufacturer with a reputation for quality and innovation. Based in a convenient Normanton location, we specialise in the production of commercial furniture for clients including the Department for Education (DfE) and Ministry of Defence (MoD). With a strong pipeline of work and a progressive approach, we're experiencing high demand and are looking for the right candidate to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities



Project Coordination



Plan and oversee live and upcoming projects. Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Maintain project documentation and status reports. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Logistics Management



Coordinate logistics with internal delivery teams and external haulers. Manage inventory and procurement. Ensure compliance with health & safety and risk management protocols. Production Scheduling Create and maintain detailed production schedules. Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects. Resolve scheduling conflicts and delays. Collaborate with creative and technical teams.

Communication & Collaboration



Act as the main point of contact for project updates. Lead regular check-ins and production meetings. Keep stakeholders informed of changes and risks. Administrative Support Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking. Maintain shared tools, calendars, and databases. Prepare post-project reports and evaluations.

What We're Looking For



Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in project coordination, logistics, or production scheduling. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com). Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
