We're now looking for a Project Sales Manager to join our

Leeds

Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a mix of new business and existing client accounts, working on commercial kitchen and refrigeration projects from enquiry to delivery. You'll be the key contact for clients, working closely with our in-house design and operations team to ensure everything runs smoothly. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Project Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a pipeline of new project opportunities Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients Carry out site visits, prepare proposals, and lead sales meetings Oversee the commercial side of projects to ensure profitability
We're Looking For:

A proven sales background (construction, M&E, interiors, or technical products ideal) Strong relationship-building and account management skills A confident communicator who can manage projects and client expectations Organised, commercially aware, and solutions-driven Full UK driving licence required
Catering industry experience is preferred, but not essential - we offer full product and project training. Ideal for someone looking to step up from a sales or account manager role into project-led consultative sales.
