About the role

We're looking for a proactive Project Success Manager to own delivery for large window and door programmes (up to

500 properties/year

). You'll be the day-to-day contact for customers, keep residents informed, and drive each scheme from order through install to sign-off.

Location:

Peterborough (PE2) - on-site with occasional site visits

Hours:

07:30-16:30, Monday to Friday

Full-time, permanent

What you'll do

Be the main point of contact for the client and residents; give clear, regular updates Build and maintain

Excel trackers

for programme status

Phone residents

to confirm surveys/installs and rearrange appointments

Process window/door orders

and prepare job packs

Book engineers

and allocate diary slots; coordinate access and keys

Chase production/suppliers

to ensure materials are ready on time Visit sites/schemes when needed; meet residents and scheme managers Support

quality control

(snag capture/close-out) and weekly KPI reporting

What you'll need

Coordination/project admin experience (construction/social housing/FM ideal) Strong

Excel

skills (filters, lookups, basic pivots) Excellent organisation and communication; calm under pressure Full UK driving licence
