Project Support / Coordinator
to join our dynamic
Feasibility and Planning Support Team
. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of feasibility and planning projects--from responding to quotation requests through to the submission of final reports.
This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope, and in line with internal and client expectations. You will be the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution across all stages of project delivery.

Typical Responsibilities
MAY
Include some of the below aspects:
Plan and schedule your own workload to ensure all activities are completed accurately and on time.
Act as the first point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
Request and issue quotations and scopes of work to clients and subcontractors.
Book and schedule site surveys and technical visits in line with project timelines.
Maintain a site visit calendar, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
Coordinate project timelines and activities to align with client and internal deadlines.
Monitor and manage multiple shared inboxes to ensure timely responses and appropriate escalation.
Conduct and assist with detailed research tasks to support feasibility projects.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to coordinate access and logistics.
Follow up on deliverables from subcontractors, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
Track and monitor subcontractor and internal team performance against agreed timelines.
Format, prepare, and issue project reports to clients.
Assist in organising maintenance suppliers and services for business premises.
Maintain internal stock levels, including stationery, consumables, and marketing materials.
Organise staff travel, accommodation, and expenses as required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team-wide process enhancements.
Managing phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintenance of company vehicles and the company vehicle database. Arranging and managing service schedules, documentation and delivering vehicles where necessary.
Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills:
9 GCSE's Grade 9-4 (A- C) Proven experience in a coordination, administration, or project support role.
Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The ability to take ownership of your own work, progression, and development with guidance from a mentor.
