At Boston Energy we're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Project Support Coordinator to join our team.

What you will do:




Coordinate and allocate Operational Support tasks across the team Monitor and report Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Guide colleagues and partners to the right business contacts Manage and triage concerns or escalations to project management teams Keep company systems and processes updated for accurate reporting Upload compliance documents into CRM and resource systems Maintain database records and ensure information accuracy Approve and process technician expense claims Support training, development, and compliance management for technicians Handle ad hoc office duties and support general operations



What we are looking for:




Previous experience in a similar coordination or support role Strong organisational and communication skills Confident with IT systems and comfortable maintaining accurate records
