The
Project Support Coordinator
will report to G3 Systems'
WTB Project Manager
and provide comprehensive support across all phases of the project lifecycle. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider team, the role will involve a broad range of coordination and administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient project execution.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task ownership. A driven mindset and the ability to work independently without constant supervision are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities include:
Administrative duties relating to all aspects of the project.
This will include accurate record keeping and maintenance of the project filling structure.
Updating project programmes and timelines using project management platforms.
Communicating with the project stakeholder community at all levels, inside and outside of the organisation. Providing feedback to the PM in their absence.
Preparation and timely submission of project reports as directed by the PM and as set out in the Project Management Plan.
Assist with Project Engineering tasks as required.
Submission and completion of all reports and paperwork necessary in the execution of tasks.
Supply chain management.
Promote and maintain a safe system of work ethos and comply with the G3 Systems Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health policy
Initiation and maintenance of effective business relationships with project stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring at all times the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
Qualifications Required:

Level 3 Educational Qualification (BTEC National Diploma, A-Levels etc)
Desirable to have some PM qualification or working towards a PM qualification, preferably AgilePM, PRINCE2, MSP, Change, Scrum, PMP, etc
Desired qualification/membership (M)APM
Skills / Experience Required:

A willingness to learn and take responsibility for delegated tasks.
Experience of employment in an Engineering or Defence environment.
Reliable, presentable with good timekeeping.
Some education or experience in Project Management or a project-based role, and working towards their own career as a Project Manager.
Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. Comfortable and confident engaging with customers.
Good record keeping skills and attention to detail.
Planning and Programme Management.
Security Cleared or be able to achieve security clearance.
