About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain accurate project administration files, both paper and electronic.
Participate in detailed handovers from the sales team.
Partake in pre-start meetings with sales and production teams to ensure project alignment.
Assist in the management and recording of all project costs and revenues, ensuring project variations and amendments are communicated effectively.
Keep project costing sheets up to date in collaboration with the Office Manager.
Aid in clarifying outstanding specification details directly with clients following project handover from sales.
Attend internal and external meetings as required.
Help prepare all necessary paperwork, including Health and Safety documentation (RAMS, Lift Plans, etc.), ensuring timely submission.
Ensure timely completion and submission of all project-specific documentation, including O&M Manuals, and quality control check sheets from the factory.
Ensure all project files are up to date with the latest revision of the project documents.
Collate and draught the Project O&M Files.
Ensure client payments are received in line with the project schedule and prior to delivery.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project documentation and cost management.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Essential Experience:
Experience in a similar role within the modular building industry
Desirable Experience:
Knowledge of construction site policies and procedures.
Understanding of the modular building industry and off-site construction.
