Project Support Worker – Women’s Accommodation Service (female Applicants)

Belfast, NIR, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Be Part of Something New. Be Part of Something Meaningful.

This Project Support Worker role offers a rare and exciting opportunity to help shape QQH's first-ever women-only accommodation service, a forward-thinking venture rooted in safety, empowerment and hope. Joining at the very beginning means your voice, ideas and compassion will help influence how the service grows, develops and supports women for years to come.

This service is designed to create a safe, nurturing and trauma-informed environment where women can rebuild confidence, rediscover independence and move forward with dignity. As a female Project Support Worker, you will bring empathy, understanding and lived awareness that can make a profound difference. Your presence can help foster trust, reassurance and a sense of belonging for women who may have experienced significant adversity.

This role is about more than support; it's about impact. You will play a vital part in empowering some of the most resilient and valued women across Northern Ireland, helping them feel heard, respected and capable of positive change. The rewards are deep and lasting: seeing progress, restoring hope and knowing your work truly matters.

If you are passionate about women's wellbeing, excited by growth and innovation, and motivated by the chance to help build something new and meaningful, this is an opportunity to be proud of what you could achieve, both professionally and personally.

Whilst you will be primarily employed in our new women-only accommodation service, you may, on occasion, be required to work at any of QQH's other locations to meet the needs of the business.
