We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join this all female team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our client. The role is working on a 1;1 basis supporting out client with all aspect of day to day living in their own home. The role is working 12 hour shifts, on a rolling 2 week rota.
Full UK Driving Licence is essential to the role.
Responsibilities
Full clinical support including medication handling, moving and handling, oxygen management, bowel care, and supporting a variety of needs in relation to physical and mental health.
Carrying out personal care
Housekeeping and general domestic jobs.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with care plans, and medication administration is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, and team members.
A compassionate approach to care with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
