Project Surveyor – Development / Client Side Role
Job Description
We are recruiting for a project surveyor to join our team and manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Role: Project Surveyor
Responsibilities (Not limited to): Project management of design team & main contractor to deliver projects in line with programme and specification, commercial management of development budgets and valuations / drawdowns, liaison with tenants and third-party consultants, execute JCT Contracts, practical completion of projects.
Experience: 2-3 years + as a minimum. Candidate must have the capability to be the main lead on their own schemes
Package: 40 - 45k based on experience. 25 holidays + bank holidays
Location: Office based (Prestwich) with site visits
Project type: Warehouse / retail parks value up to 8 million
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
