Greenbank Villas
, one of ClwydAlyn's supported living projects supporting individuals aged 18+ who are facing challenges such as homelessness. This is a great chance todevelop your skills and progress your career
while making a real difference in people's lives.What's the role?
You'll provide tailored, person-centred support to residents, helping them build the skills, confidence, and independence needed to maintain their own homes. The role is varied and includes:
Supporting residents with complex needs Helping people access services such as benefits, healthcare, training, or employment Promoting wellbeing, social inclusion, and personal development Creating a safe, supportive environment through safeguarding and health and safety practices Building relationships with residents, the team, and partner agencies Maintaining accurate records of support and progress
