PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Your role will be to review existing business processes and how we manage and provide access to the BBC's archive to our varied user groups. Working with colleagues across teams within Archives, Services & Technology, you will analyse and evaluate the current provision and will use data-based evidence to identify options to simplify, standardise and improve our service to customers whilst ensuring all information security requirements are met. You will support and implement any changes that are required, ensuring timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
