Cannon Fire Protection Ltd are seeking a Projects Coordinator to join a small progressive and motivated team. To Support and Deliver Installations and Small works providing a high-quality level of Customer Service. Ensuring jobs are scheduled, attended, and completed to customer standard.
Duties:
Delivering Projects and Installations to a high-quality standard.
Answering phone and dealing with Customer Enquires.
Support scheduling and programming of works with Customers and Engineers/Sub-Contractors
Sending and processing engineering paperwork to customers
Keep the engineering work banks up to date and organised
Supporting Engineer efficiency throughout the department
Raising subcontractor orders where required
Ensuring customer purchase orders are in line with sales cost sheets
Maintain logging of engineer appointments onto PDA's
Ensure prompt and effective communication is made with customers to take care of customer
concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
Support the Cannon Team as and when required.
Requirements:
Previous operational experience.
Comprehensive fire industry knowledge.
Strong customer facing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Self-Motivated.
Creative problem solving.
Personality - energy, drive and enthusiasm.
Full UK Driving Licence.
