We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Projects Coordinator to join our small but busy team at GEC Anderson, the leading specialist in purpose-made stainless steel worktops.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage incoming enquiries via email, phone, and our website Prepare and revise customer quotations based on specifications and site requirements Liaise with suppliers to place and manage orders for materials Produce CAD drawings for client approval and production (full training will be provided) Coordinate delivery and installation with customers and logistics partners Handle general office administration including file management, order tracking, document preparation and general customer liaison

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and communication skills combined with an instinctive customer focus Experience with CAD software - desirable but not essential Previous experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working with technical drawings, dimensions and pricing information Proficiency in basic office software and general IT systems including quoting software or CRM systems A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail Confidence when dealing with contacts at all levels Background in kitchen design or the construction industry - desirable but not essential
