The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong organisational skills to manage various promotional activities across different platforms effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute promotional campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives. Collaborate with venues and managers across South Wales, working with the likes of Stonegate and Nightcap. Manage event planning and execution, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Monitor and analyse the performance of promotional activities, making adjustments as necessary to optimise results. Foster relationships with key executives, including guests, venues, and workers, to enhance promotional efforts. Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all participants in promotional events.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector is highly desirable. A strong background in fundraising initiatives is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
