This role is for someone who lives online, loves IRL energy, and wants to get properly stuck in at one of London's most iconic venues.

The Clapham Grand isn't just a venue, it's a big-hearted, community palace where memories are made. One of London's last remaining Victorian variety halls, our mission is to bring people together through unforgettable nights out, whether it's drag brunches, comedy royalty, wild club nights, or once-in-a-lifetime gigs. You might have put on your own nights, hosted parties that everyone wants in on, started life as an artist, or hustled your way into helping other venues sell out. Either way, you're ready to help The Grand fill every seat and become the go-to place for unforgettable nights out and private parties alike.

Key Responsibilities:

? Support community outreach across our local and London wide communities, businesses, social circles, LGBTQ+ groups, sports clubs and the movers and shakers of Battersea and beyond

? Build relationships that help us sell tickets, build guestlists & hire the venue (karaoke

room, private events, and more!)

? Help plan and execute grassroots promo: flyers, posters, listings, hand-to-hands

? Schedule posts and create and manage paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google etc)

? Be a key part of show announcements, artist and promoter comms and programming admin

? Assist with social media content (Canva, Reels, TikToks, stories)

? Attend events to network, support the team and build community buzz

You Are:

? Passionate about live events: music, cabaret, club nights, comedy, sports and everything

in between

? A natural connector. People know you and you know people

? Obsessed with socials and savvy with paid digital marketing. At home on Reddit,

Threads, Instagram, Tiktok and every emerging platform around.

? Great with words and visuals

? Comfortable being both front-facing and behind-the-scenes

? Organised, reliable and ready to pitch in wherever needed

? A team player, ready to bring the whole Grand team along for the ride and get involved

in a wide range of events and nights.
