We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic BDM/ Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with potential customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, as you will be the face of our brand at various events and locations.
Duties
Promote our venues across New Era Square -- including Panenka, Lykke, Selena, and upcoming new openings -- by engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Spend 2-3 days per week connecting with local offices, apartment buildings, and nearby businesses to raise awareness and drive bookings.
Represent the venues at local networking events, business fairs, and community gatherings to grow our profile and build relationships.
Distribute promotional materials and provide clear, engaging information about our offers and upcoming events.
Work across the bars on Fridays and Saturdays to help generate footfall and walk-ins, supporting the front-of-house teams and ensuring high energy across the venues.
Gather customer feedback to support marketing strategy and improve service delivery.
Maintain clear records of promotional activity and customer engagement for internal reporting.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, promotions, or hospitality is highly desirable.
Confident and engaging communication style with the ability to connect with a wide range of people.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building local awareness and footfall.
Comfortable working independently in public settings and representing the brand at events.
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, including some evenings.
Passionate about hospitality, nightlife, and community engagement.
