Job Description

We are a Residential Property Group with 4 Offices operating throughout the North of England

We need a person with experience in some or all of the following areas related to Prop Tech:

Wordpress to assist with our marketing website Social media including Linked in / Facebook , Tik Tok and Instagram to make people aware of who we are and what we do and to attract them to our website Creation of content videos and webinars Creation of Podcasts Prop Tech apps such as Floor Plan software Remote monitoring software like AICO Property search software Training software like Scribe or Articulate 360 to train members of our team in different areas of our work Rental Software like Open Rent or Quicklister Inventory Software Tenant Referencing Software Money Laundering and Identity verification software like Credas Excel AI as it applies to property companies and tasks such as automated call handling
The future of Property is Tech so we anticipate more products like these coming to the market especially using AI. We need a person with the skill to investigate those new products and advise which we should use and which we should not.

The right person will be able to train our staff in the use of software and in monitoring our requirements work out the most effective way to use software for our business.

Realistically we understand it is very unlikely any candidate will have experience in all these areas but you need to display your ability in some and show your are someone with the ability to learn new skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
