We are a growing short-term rental management company looking for a motivated and confident Property Acquisition Manager to help us expand our rent-to-rent and serviced accommodation portfolio across London.
Responsibilities
Source properties suitable for rent-to-rent and short-term lets
Build relationships with landlords and estate agents
Pitch our guaranteed rent model
Arrange and attend viewings
Negotiate terms and secure new properties
Track leads, follow up, and close deals
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role within a corporate environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate international negotiations and partnerships
Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and data analysis platforms
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
Comfortable speaking with landlords and agents
Understanding of the London rental market
Sales, lettings, or property experience is beneficial but not essential
Must be able to work independently and meet monthly targets
Pay Structure
Monthly Target: from 2 properties
Base Salary: 2,500/month (paid when the monthly target is achieved)
Bonus: 500 for every property secured after the first two
