to support our Plots and Home Ownership Teams within the Property department. This is a
fast-paced, office based role
working within a busy team environment, delivering both routine and complex administrative support for Housing Association clients.
The role is primarily administrative, but it requires someone who is confident, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities while upholding established processes and protocols. You will work closely with fee earners, confidently flagging issues when required and ensuring deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting a number of fee earners within the Plots and Home Ownership teams
File opening and closing
Drafting and preparing legal documents
Obtaining Land Registry documents and responding to Land Registry requisitions
Obtaining conveyancing searches
Preparing legal packs, standard letters, and finance forms
Scanning, document handling, and general file management
Managing deadlines and prioritising work effectively, including identifying what is urgent versus what can reasonably wait
Applying protocols and processes consistently across all tasks
Upholding existing standards while providing feedback and contributing to continuous process improvement
Providing wider administrative and secretarial support on an ad hoc basis

Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
