The Role
We are looking for a Property Administrator & Sales Support Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone fairly new to the industry and looking to build their experience, but it would equally suit someone with existing property, administrative or compliance experience.
You will play an important part in preparing our properties for the market and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Accuracy, organisation and a proactive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing properties for their marketing launch, including gathering all necessary compliance documentation.
Managing marketing agreements, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and Material Information requirements.
Completing AML checks for buyers, including verifying proof and source of funds and carrying out ID verification.
Preparing and sending sales memorandums.
Producing window cards, uploading video content, and supporting the marketing presentation of our listings.
Coordinating diaries with our photographer and videographer.
Assisting our Lettings team on new listings when required.
Providing occasional support to our Client Services team with inbound and outbound calls.

Experience in property or compliance is beneficial but not essential--full training will be provided.
