The Role
We are looking for a well-spoken, bright, energetic, and enthusiastic Office Administrator / Sales Support to provide on-site administrative support to our Operations and Sales teams. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, prioritising workloads, and being a key part of a close-knit team.
Candidates must have accurate typing skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Reception duties and general office administration
Order processing and taking customer orders over the phone
Responding to customer enquiries and forwarding supplier enquiries
Producing reports for senior management
Managing office paperwork, including filing job sheets, invoices, and related documents
Responsible for ensuring all trade orders are sent to the warehouse for despatch.

Working Hours / Holidays
Full-time:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
1-hour unpaid lunch break
