Birchall Tea is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Office Administrator / Sales Support to play a key role in supporting our Operations and Sales teams. The Role

We are looking for a well-spoken, bright, energetic, and enthusiastic Office Administrator / Sales Support to provide on-site administrative support to our Operations and Sales teams. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, prioritising workloads, and being a key part of a close-knit team.

Candidates must have accurate typing skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, and Excel.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong IT skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel Team player with a positive attitude Strong organisational skills High attention to detail
Key Responsibilities

Reception duties and general office administration Order processing and taking customer orders over the phone Responding to customer enquiries and forwarding supplier enquiries Producing reports for senior management Managing office paperwork, including filing job sheets, invoices, and related documents Responsible for ensuring all trade orders are sent to the warehouse for despatch.

Working Hours / Holidays

Full-time:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Holidays: 20 days paid holiday + Bank holidays
