An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Webbers and Fine & Country in our Taunton branch.

We are an independent firm of estate agents with 13 branches across the South West, offering a full range of property services through our residential sales, lettings and Fine & Country departments.

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our successful team. Ideally, you will have previous estate agency experience or experience within a related property or sales environment, along with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client care.

You'll be working as part of a collaborative team with a shared commission structure, as well as the opportunity to earn additional personal commissions and develop your career within a highly respected independent brand.If you're enthusiastic, customer-focused, and driven to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

The Job description



Other key duties will include:



Handling phone calls for Residential Sales & Fine & Country departments. Interviewing buyers and sellers both face to face in the office and on the phone Actively selling properties, making viewings, attending viewing appointments Actively using our CRM system REAPIT to ensure accurate recording of information Taking & reporting offers & negotiating sales (Coaching will be offered if required) Work in collaboration with Webbers offices, Depts and referring clients to our partners Working to high standards in-line with company/industry compliance. Being prepared to contribute to branch social media content

A successful Sales Advisor must demonstrate enthusiasm, energy and engagement in the business and be competitive! In today's world of modern estate agency, be prepared to adopt new and innovative marketing methods introduced by the company positively. Other favourable attributes would include:

The hours of work



The hours will be 5 days per week, Monday - Friday (8.45 - 5.30pm) and every 3rd Saturday (8.45 - 4pm)

Salary



There will be a Salary "range" that will be discussed at interview stage, this will alter depending on the experience/knowledge of the successful candidate
