We are seeking a highly organised and proactive

Property and Estates Officer

to support the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio, including residential, commercial, and agricultural lettings. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of a busy Estates Office, combining property administration, tenant liaison, and committee support.


The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of 19.22 per hour + holiday pay


Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day property issues and liaise with tenants, consultants, and internal departments. Oversee operations of the Estates Office, including correspondence, meetings, and data management. Administer rent invoicing (c.4m p.a.), credit control, and property records. Support property repair and development projects and maintain legal documentation. Assist with College insurance and healthcare schemes, and support the Estates Bursar as required. Coordinate committee meetings, papers, and hybrid meeting logistics.

Selection Criteria:



Experience in residential or commercial property management, including tenant communication and issue resolution. Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally across stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint. Confident managing multiple tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and exercising sound judgement.
