The Role
We're seeking a proactive and experienced Property & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our property portfolio. This includes ensuring compliance, coordinating maintenance, managing contractors, and supporting refurbishments and new site developments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain commercial dental practices and residential properties
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance schedules
Ensure all properties meet health & safety and compliance standards (CQC, fire safety, etc.)
Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Support property acquisitions, refurbishments, and fit-outs
Manage budgets and negotiate contracts for services and repairs
Maintain accurate property records and reporting systems
About You
Proven experience in property and facilities management (commercial and/or residential)
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and building safety standards
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Familiarity with dental or healthcare environments is a plus
Relevant qualifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, RICS) desirable
