The Role
This position is focused on supporting the Lettings team across a wide range of administrative and compliance functions, including lettings administration, client accounting, property management administration, and ad-hoc tasks. Full training and ongoing support will be provided on our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Drafting, sending, and chasing tenancy and compliance documentation.
Managing, logging, and overseeing the key management system for agent, contractor, and tenant sets.
Supporting the Property Managers with lettings enquiries and organisational tasks.
Coordinating tenancy procedures: move-ins, move-outs, renewals, deposit returns, prescribed information, and offer confirmations.
Issuing legal notices where required.
Carrying out compliance checks including Right to Rent, proof of ownership/residence, referencing, and sanction/PEP checks.
Ensuring compliance is consistently applied across the Lettings and Management business.
Managing office supplies, compliance records, and procurement with the Head of Lettings.
Maintaining records, audit trails, and client accounts.
Assisting Property Managers and Senior Partners with tasks as required.
General office administration including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Additional Duties (as the role develops):
Assisting with office policy design and implementing new legislation/regulations.
Supporting client and business accounting.
Covering periodic inspections.
Assisting the Project Manager with lettings/property management projects.
Supporting the Inventory Clerk with administration of inventories, checkouts, and interim inspections.

Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in property management/lettings.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Strong administrative skills and meticulous record keeping.
Excellent time and diary management.
Confident written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software.
Flexible team player with a proactive approach.
Educated to A-Level standard or above.
Full UK driving licence and Partners are expected to use their own vehicles with appropriate insurance cover.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience working in a small team.
Knowledge of lettings legislation/regulation.
Ability to work independently and confidently in a client-facing environment.

Salary & Benefits
27,000 - 30,000 per annum (depending on experience and professional qualifications).
Small annual profit share.
20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays (to be taken in conjunction with other Partners).
Potential to be supported with further paid professional qualifications (costs claimable back upon completion).
Mileage claimable for business use of personal vehicle (insurance cover required).
Working Hours
8:45am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Occasional Saturdays during busy periods (time off in lieu provided)

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
