Key Responsibilities:
Handle a range of general administrative duties (filing, data entry, scheduling, etc.)
Managing company correspondence; Phone calls, emails, letters & packages all dealt with in a professional manner
Support colleagues and management with daily office operations
Property visits & inspections
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assisting with accounts payable (managing incoming supplier invoices and ensuring payment) and accounts receivable (tracking outgoing invoices and collecting payments).
Requirements:
Full UK Driving License - Manual
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Good computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and potentially accounting software (Xero, Hubdoc).
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
