What You'll Be Doing
Winning new business by securing property instructions for auction. Building strong relationships with homeowners, investors, and partner agents. Advising clients on the auction process and helping them achieve the best outcome. Negotiating deals and closing sales with confidence. Smashing sales targets and maximising every opportunity. Keeping ahead of the competition by knowing your market inside-out.
What We're Looking For
A proven sales background - estate agency/property experience is a bonus but not essential. Confident, persuasive, and motivated by hitting targets. Natural people skills with the ability to build instant rapport. Ambition to earn big and progress within a growing business. Resilient, energetic, and up for a challenge!
