Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced property auction professional to launch and run our brand-new auction division. You will work closely with our existing estate agency,

Let Property

, which currently has over

1,200 properties for sale

. Your role is to build this new arm of the business, manage auction stock, and drive fast, decisive results from both sellers and motivated investors.

This is a genuinely unique opportunity to take full ownership of a new division, backed by a company already generating massive deal flow and nationwide demand.

Commission Structure:

Commission structure will be discussed during the call, however earnings will be performance-driven with

significant upside

as the auction division scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Launch and manage the full operations of the Auction Department. Build and maintain trusted relationships with sellers and investors. Select suitable properties from our portfolio for auction. Prepare sellers for auction, including pricing, reserves, and legal packs. Drive urgency and ensure buyers commit quickly during auction cycles. Oversee auction listings, registrations, bidding activity, and completions. Achieve strong sell-through rates and revenue targets.

Who We're Looking For:

Individuals with

direct property auction experience

. Minimum

3-5 years

working in UK property, ideally auctions. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, high-pressure, high-volume

environment. Confident, decisive, and highly proactive. Based in

Manchester

or surrounding areas.
