Job Description

Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for a Property Claims handler. We are looking for someone who can deliver excellent Customer Service, organised, pro-active, quick-thinking and great at problem solving. Previous experience with handling property damage claims is essential.


Job Specification:




Understand Legislation around property damage claims Taking claims from the scene - handling cradle to grave Liaising with engineers and third parties - Resilience in dealing with challenging customers Liaising with all departments/managers to obtain relevant information Investigating and handling claims in an efficient manner Ability to organise and prioritise workload and to work independently Loading all claims onto internal system Raising payments for claims Ability to pay attention to detail/accuracy Maintain balance of work to ensure cost effective and timely settlement of all claims

You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:




Background or Experience in an Administrative Role (minimum 6 months) Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook PC Literate Excellent telephone manner Excellent communications skills (Orally and Written) Understanding of Property Damage claims and their processes
