Property Cleaner
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash bins
- Sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies as needed
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation to and from work
