Job Description
As a Compliance Officer at Transitions Housing Solutions CIC, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations adhere to all relevant regulations and standards. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our services and supporting our mission to provide exceptional housing solutions.
Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with policies and regulations. Develop and implement compliance management strategies to mitigate risks. Prepare and submit regulatory reports in a timely manner. Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to compliance standards. Monitor changes in legislation and update company policies accordingly. Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters. Property inspections. Oversee Housing Management Officers.
Requirements
Proven experience in compliance management or a related field. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the housing sector. Strong background of section 21 and section 8 evictions. Strong background of working to legal requirements for gas, electric and fire safety. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Hours will be 9am-5pm

Pay: 28,000 per annum
