?? About the Roles


We're recruiting for

two specialist positions

within our Property Services team:


While each role has a primary focus, there will be opportunities to support each other during busy periods -- offering variety, collaboration, and shared learning.


?? Key Responsibilities (Shared Across Both Roles)

Conduct property surveys and produce accurate reports Maintain and update the asset management database Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors Provide technical advice and support across the organisation Promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

?? What We're Looking For

Essential:



A Level or equivalent Level 3 qualification HNC in Building Construction or equivalent Experience in building surveys and property diagnostics Strong IT and data entry skills Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills Ability to travel across Cornwall

Desirable:



RICS membership or Diploma in Surveying Practice HHSRS, P402 Asbestos, or Domestic Energy Assessor qualifications Experience in social housing or asset management
