Due to growth in demand for our property and land advisory services, we are seeking to appoint a Team Administrator to help us realise the opportunities and promote our services further throughout South and Mid Wales.
The Team Administrator will be integral to the Team's activities. Some of our fee-earning work is detailed and technical, some of it is routine and some of it is reactive and relies on quick attention. We have identified the need to create a structure that promotes our new office location, development of its specialist services and efficiency in delivery. A major part of this vision is to delegate support work and responsibilities to the Team Administrator
.
The Role
Have direct liaison with clients and be a point of contact and filter for day-to-day telephone and email 'traffic' - directly resolving and handling as many matters as possible
Undertake billable non-professional tasks connected with our property agency and consultancy work.
Assist the fee-earning members of the Team with pro-active support and assistance wherever possible from the Carmarthen market hub of our activities.
Fulfil direct responsibility for certain key elements of our work in areas such as team data management, invoicing and property statutory check co-ordination.
Maintain an overview of the Team's activities and ensure that incoming Head Office directives and procedures are implemented.
Be part of the continued modernisation of our office processes through IT developments and continued learning.
Manage calendars and appointment bookings for the fee earning members of the Team.
Contributing strongly to the work and team ethic of the wider office and Firm.
Requirements
No specific qualifications are required for this role although any education, training and certificates which compliment the proposed duties will clearly be of benefit - as will previous experience with property, agriculture or professional services and past roles that have involved a diversity of work.
The Firm have a variety of IT systems and platforms. Training is given but IT competence is important.
